Johnson City Police responded to the report of shots fired at Wilson Hospital last Wednesday, however an investigation quickly determined that no shots were fired. Two people had arrived at Wilson Hospital with injuries from an assault that had just occurred at the Hookah Heaven bar on Main Street in JC. A secondary disturbance erupted outside of the hospital, which resulted in the call to police. There was no situation at Wilson Hospital that was a threat to the public or facility. A 28-year-old man from Binghamton sustained a stab wound as a result of the incident at Hookah Heaven. 32-year-old Rashameh Johnson, from Binghamton also received medical attention for injuries he sustained during the bar fight. Johnson was determined to be a suspect in the stabbing and is now charged with felony assault. The victim is in stable condition.
