A Binghamton man was killed Sunday in a three car crash on I-81 in Pennsylvania. 21-year-old Tyler Lewis was northbound and crossed the center median into the southbound lanes. Lewis died in the crash. The other two drivers involved suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the accident in under investigation.
