James Giacalone was charged with hitting a New York State Trooper with his car earlier this month in Binghamton. It turns out that the 36-year-old from Glen Aubry committed a similar crime in 2006. At the time, he was charged with ramming a state police car in the Village of Bainbridge. He was indicted at the time, but Police have not said whether Giacalone served jail time in that incident.
