20-year-old Tyler Freeman of Rome, Bradford County has been sentenced to two years in prison for a fatal motorcycle crash in 2016. Freeman was passing a vehicle on Route 187 in Orwell Township, when he collided head on with a motorcycle. 48-year-old David Estelle was pronounced dead at the scene. 42-year-old Billie Jo Estelle died at Packer Hospital a few days later. Freeman pled guilty in November.
