The Johnson City Police have arrested a man involved in a dispute at his girlfriends residence. 31-year-old Michael Fiske has been charged with felony Aggravated Family offense and misdemeanor Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. Fiske is alleged to have pushed his girlfriend to the floor and choked her with both hands. Fiske was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
