A Broome County Grand Jury has indicted 31-year-old Nicholas May of Killawog on felony sexual assault against a child and felony ‘course of sexual conduct’. The indictment was handed down on Friday. The contact with the under 11-year-old victim occurred in the town of Lisle between summer 2015 and October 2017. May was arrested last October.
