An Endwell man was arrested Wednesday, following a traffic stop on Route 26 in the town of Maine. 46-year-old Joseph Fassett, of Binghamton, was observed speeding and failing to dim his headlights. After being stopped a computer check showed that his license was suspended 16 times in New York on 10 different dates. Fassett was charged with felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and several traffic violations. He was arraigned at Broome County Central Processing and was remanded to the Broome County Jail with no bail set.
