A Rochester woman was arrested on Tuesday, following a traffic stop for speeding on Route 26 in the Town of Triangle. 27-year-old Megan N. Rogers was charged with the felony of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and misdemeanor Criminal Impersonation. As State Troopers spoke to Rogers, they determined that she was lying about her identity to avoid arrest.
