Susquehanna Street Shooting Victim in Critical Condition

Binghamton Police are investigating a shooting outside 121 Susquehanna Street in the city shortly before noon on Easter Sunday.

A lone gunman fired numerous rounds into an occupied car parked in front of the Yellow Deli. The single male occupant was struck several times and sustained life-threatening injuries. 40-year-old Grady Hunter was driven to a hospital by a third party. He is currently listed in critical condition.

The police investigation has determined that the shooting was not a random act, and that the shooter targeted Hunter. The suspect is described as a younger black male, wearing a black hoodie, black athletic pants and black footwear.
