OSHA has announced this week that Upstate Shredding will not receive any citations or fines regarding the September 27th accident that took the life of David Kotwas. The company is nevertheless implementing measures to ensure that any similar accident does not occur. Mr. Kotwas was an employee of a trucking company that does business with Upstate Shredding.
