On Wednesday, State Troopers responded to a disturbance at OBrien’s Inn in the Town of Chemung. During the investigation Trooper ’s interviewed the residents of a rented room and discovered evidence of methamphetamine use and manufacturing within the room. Police located a “one pot” methamphetamine manufacturing operation within the room and wooded area at the rear of the room. Investigators seized approximately 2 – 3 grams of “finished” meth, as well as numerous meth manufacturing materials. Investigators arrested 27-year-old Bradlee Bismark, of Binghamton, and 33-year-old Sarah Zimmer, also of Binghamton, for Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Disposal of Methamphetamine Laboratory Material. Both defendants were arraigned in the Town of Chemung Court. Zimmer was remanded to the Chemung County Jail on $2,500 cash bail. Bismark was remanded to the Chemung County Jail without bail.
