An Otsego County man has been arrested for the theft of firearms. 22-year-old Richard Garreau had moved from his residence, whereupon his former land lord reported that five firearms were missing. Garreau has been charged with five counts of felony Grand Larceny. He was arraigned and remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $5,000 bail.
