The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon cutting at “Confection Connection” Bakery today on North Avenue in Owego. The bakery offers a variety of different pastries every day and has gluten free options. The bakery also offers cooking classes in the former location of the Kitchen Store. The bakery is located at 59 North Avenue in Owego, across the street from WEBO. The ribbon cutting will be held at 1 o’clock.
