Owego Police and the New York State Police CNET unit executed a search warrant on East Temple Street in the Village of Owego last week . 33-year-old Daniel Webb of Owego was arrested for felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned in Village of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail with out bail. The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest.
