The Owego Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident on North Avenue. The accident occurred between 2PM and 5PM on Sunday; the crash damage d the property at 421 North Avenue. An SUV travelling southbound left the road and struck the property. Anyone with information is asked to call the Owego Police at 607-687-2234.
