Tioga County and the Tioga County Veterans’Service Agency are recognizing June as PTSD Awareness Month. On June 19th the Tioga County Veterans’Service Agency is hosting a community conversation called “The War Within”. It’s a facilitated conversation with a panel of experts on PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Substance Use Disorder, Suicide, and their impact on veterans in our community.
