A Syracuse man was arrested Monday morning by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation following a traffic stop on Route 13 in the town of Cortlandville. 38-year-old Todd P. LeRoux was stopped for operating a truck with an uncovered load. Upon investigation, LeRoux was found to have 28 suspensions on his license. He was arraigned in the Town of Cortlandville Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail.
