A traffic stop in Binghamton early Monday morning resulted in the arrest of a Great Bend, Pennsylvania man. 30-year-old Brent Birtch had a suspended New York State driver’s license. During the stop, Birtch tried to conceal a baggie between the center console and the driver’s seat. It was determined that the contents of the baggie tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine. Over four ounces of meth were found.
