There were no injuries in an apartment house fire on East Franklin Street in Endicott early Tuesday morning. The 1 AM fire was in the walls and ceiling of the attic. There was limited smoke, fire, and water damage. Five adults and three children were displaced. The cause of the fire is believed to be electrical.
