Binghamton Police are investigating a shooting near the corner of St. John Avenue and Leroy Street in Binghamton. Police say a man was shot in the arm. He is expected to be ok. A heavy police presence surrounded that area for several hours. Several hours later, a heavy police presence was observed near the corner of Glenwood and Lake Avenues in the city, though police have not released any information as to why. We will continue to track these stories.
