Early yesterday morning in Cortland County, Sheriff’s responded to a one car crash involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian was walking in the middle of Route 13 in the Town of Homer, when he was struck by a pickup truck. The pedestrian was not injured and there was minor damage to the pickup. The pedestrian was ticketed for walking in the roadway, not walking facing traffic, and being in possession of a controlled substance. He is due in court next month.
