During May and June, the Norwich Police Department and the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office conducted a joint investigation into the sales of narcotics and controlled substances in the City of Norwich. That investigation was concluded Friday morning with a ‘No-knock’ search warrant at an apartment on North Broad Street and the arrest of two people. 37-year-old Andres R. Figueroa and 47-year-old Lourdes O. Medina, both of Norwich, were arrested and charged with felony Sale of a Controlled Substance and felony Criminal Nuisance.
