The Binghamton Police are investigating a ‘shots fired’ incident Wednesday night on West End Avenue in the city. Several rounds wired fired from a handgun at a residence. No one was injured, and there is no suspect at this time. Police believe this was not a random act and there is no threat to public safety. The Binghamton Police encourage anyone with information to contact the Binghamton Police Detective Bureau at 607-772-7080.
