Results will be certified today in the Democratic Primary race for the 23rd Congressional District. Max Della Pia from Owego came out ahead narrowly last week in a race that was too close to call. Absentee ballots were counted on Monday and Tracy Mitrano pulled out ahead. Della Pia conceded the race to her in a statement Tuesday. Mitrano will now run against Republican Tom Reed in November.
