The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest on Friday, following a 2AM traffic stop on Route 96 in Owego. 30-year-old Peter Radoja of Ithaca was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and several traffic violations. Radoja was arraigned in Owego Town Court, and remanded to the Tioga County Jail without bail.
