Wednesday night, the Ithaca Police Department responded a motor vehicle crash involving a commercial motor vehicle and a pedestrian. The pedestrian sustained a serious head injury and was transported via helicopter to a regional trauma center. New York State Route 13 was reduced to one lane northbound and southbound, while the crash was reconstructed.
