The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce has set the date for the Second Annual Tailgate Tioga. This indoor tailgate party will take place Thursday, October 18th, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the VFW on Main Street in Owego. Attendees will be treated to a pregame tailgate party with food, games and entertainment. Last year over 150 people participated.
