WEBO congratulates Sergeant Thomas Williams of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office who retired on Thursday. Sgt. Williams spent 35-years patrolling Broome County. A career highlight for Williams included time as the school resource officer for Broome-Tioga BOCES.
