The other big event this weekend was of course NASCAR at Watkins Glen. Another 100,000 people were reportedly in attendance. Watkins Glen is one of the few road courses in the NASCAR season and USA Today recently rated Watkins Glen as the best NASCAR track in the country. Chase Elliot pulled off the Monster Energy Cup Series win on Sunday; his first career victory after 99 races. Joey Logano won the Xfinity Series race on Saturday.
