The Johnson city Police have arrested 36-year-old Leroy King for felony Criminal Contempt and misdemeanor criminal Obstruction of breathing. On Saturday at about 3AM, police were called to a residence on Endicott Avenue for a report of a domestic disturbance. King is alleged to have choked his girlfriend. She was able to get free and call police. There was an order of protection issued against King and also a warrant for Harassment from the City of Binghamton. The suspect was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
