A Binghamton man accused of Medicaid Fraud has had the charges dropped by the New York State Attorney General’s office. Garabed Kachadourian was accused of stealing in excess of $100,000 in Medicaid payments made through his taxi company. New information came to the attention of the Assistant Attorney General that demonstrated that the original charges were not correct. The charges were dismissed in Binghamton City Court on Wednesday.
