The Athens School District is back in session today in Bradford County following an unplanned week off just a few days into the new school year. The district closed for a week to clean all classrooms after the presence of mold was discovered in one of its classrooms. The district says it has passed all air quality tests. The mold was confined to one classroom in the district’s middle school.
