The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Town of Sherburne man for drug possession and driving while impaired after he allegedly caused two car crashes on Thursday. Authorities arrested 32-year-old Kyle Lafever following a one car motor vehicle accident on County Road 32 in the Town of Norwich. Police say it is alleged that Lafever was involved in two separate motor vehicle crashes and left the scene of the first accident.
