April the Giraffe has been named a top five finalist in the E! People’s Choice Award. The network revealed Monday morning that April is a contender in the ‘Animal Star of 2018’ category. The live stream of her pregnancy and birth of her calf Tajiri had more than 2 million viewers. Finalist voting runs through Friday, October 19th.
