Last week, the Johnson City Police Department arrested 43-year-old Timothy Rock of Brooklyn on felony Grand Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Weapon charges. Rock was being picked up by a friend at a residence on Grand Ave. When the. A short time later Rock contacted the owner of the vehicle and let her know he was in an accident on Baxter Street in the city of Binghamton. Rock was taken into custody by the Binghamton police on other charges and was remanded to the Broome County jail. It was later determined that Rock possessed a handgun while he was at the residence on Grand Ave. Officers responded and located a loaded handgun in the residence. Rock was taken from the jail to central arraignment and then remanded back to the jail.
