The New York State Police are looking for a missing elderly woman who has dementia. 89-year-old Belle Lord is reported to have left a residence on Sunset Ridge Road in the town of Otsego around 10:30 AM yesterday. She left in her vehicle, a silver 2008 Toyota Solara convertible with a black top. The vehicle bears North Carolina plates with the registration BHL 7498. Troopers believe she could be heading to her last residence in Wilmington, NC, but she did grow up in Queens and could be heading there. Belle Lord is described as having red hair, green eyes, she is approximately 5’3 and 70 pounds. She could possibly be wearing a black double breasted long wool coat and have a turquoise and black Vera Bradley purse. She also has a white terrier mix dog with her that has a pink collar and pink leash. Anyone with info asked to call State Police at Sidney (607)561-7400.
