A Binghamton man is charged with a DWI after crashing a golf cart. New York State Police arrested 46 year-old Joseph Zopff on Friday. Zopff allegedly struck another vehicle along Marshland Road in Owego outside the Links at Hiawatha golf course. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated.
