The Norwich Police and the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office have charged 31-year-old Michael Pierce, of Smyrna, New York with multiple felony drug charges. Pierce is alleged to have possessed both cocaine and methamphetamine with the intention to sell the drugs. Police also arrested 53-year-old Gloria Shatto and 26-year-old Halie Graham, both of Norwich. They were charged with felony Criminal Nuisance for maintaining a residence where drugs were sold. Pierce was remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $40,000 cash bail. Shatto and Graham were released on appearance tickets.
