Waverly Police have completed arrest processing for 35-year-old Keith Wilson on felony Criminal Contempt and Harassment charges. Wilson is alleged to have violated an order of protection and had a physical altercation with the protected person. He had been initially arrested on September 24th following an investigation into a domestic incident in Waverly. Bail was set at $10,000.
