The Owego Rotary Club will hold its 10th Annual Artisan & Crafts Fair, Sunday, November 18th, from 9am to 3pm at the Owego Elks Lodge. There will be 45 artisans, a bake sale, and a basket raffle. Proceeds will benefit Polio One, a charity trying to eradicate polio worldwide. Polio One partners with the World Health Organization and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to immunize against this crippling disease.
