First Law Suit Filed in Fatal Limo Crash

The first law suit in the limousine crash that killed 20 people has been filed in state court. The parents of 29-year-old Amanda Rivenburg filed the suit on Monday against Prestige Limousine, owner Shahed Hussain, and his son Nauman Hussain. The owner of the company was in Pakistan at the time of the crash. He has not returned to this country. The son has been charged with criminally negligent homicide. The suit seeks unspecified damages.
