On Thursday, A Sydney man was arrested on multiple Burglary charges in Johnson City. 32-year-old Matthew Tilley stole a number of items from Walmart. He was stopped by security and arrested. Earlier this month, Tilley was arrested on two Burglary charges from Wegmans. Tilley was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
