47-year-old Peter C. Ruff has entered a guilty plea last week to a five-count indictment against him for a drug arrest in Endwell. Ruff had been charged with three counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and two misdemeanors. According to the indictment, Ruff knowingly and unlawfully possessed cocaine, with intent to sell.
