On Sunday morning, the New York State Police arrested 43-year-old Jason Rude of Oneonta for felony Grand Larceny. Rude is alleged to have taken a vehicle without the owner’s permission. He then sold the vehicle to Otsego Auto Crushers. Rude was arraigned in the town of Middlefield Court where he was released on his own recognizance. Rude is slated to return to court on December 5, 2018.
