The Binghamton Police have announced that they made an arrest in a fatal shooting last April in Binghamton. 21-year-old Keyama St. Joy was charged with Second Degree Murder in the drive by shooting death of Daequan Dickerson. The suspect was arrested in Endwell. The investigation is continuing.
