Woodstock to Hold 50th Anniversary Event at Watkins Glen

One of the original organizers of the 1968 Woodstock Festival has announced that a 50^th anniversary event will be held at Watkins Glen. The festival will be held from August 16^th, 17^th, and 18^th. Specific performers were not announced, though organizer Michael Lang says that 40 performers have been booked, across a spectrum of musical genres. Lang hopes to attract people of all ages. Tickets will go on sale in February.
