The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning. It takes effect this afternoon at 2 and continues until Thursday evening. Wind chills of 20 below zero to 35 below zero expected. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
