Bail has been set at $50,000 for a Texas man accused of committing felony crimes in Bradford County. Towanda-based troopers arrested 32-year-old Santiago Rodriguez. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of stolen property. He was remanded to jail when he couldn’t post bail. A preliminary hearing has been set for next week.
