A traffic stop in South Waverly borough landed an Athens woman in jail. Sayre police arrested 27-year-old Devan Wolcott. She was charged with DUI-controlled substance and driving while revoked. She appeared in district court at 4 o’clock Monday afternoon and was remanded to Bradford County Jail. Bail was at $10,000. She’ll return to court February 26th. Police also arrested 28-year-old Cody Shipman of Waverly. He was charged with possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was also jailed on $10,000 bail.
