Towanda-based state police have charged a man with a dozen counts, including five felony sex-related crimes. 45-year-old Eric Johanson has been charged with rape by forcible compulsion and statutory rape. Other counts include voluntary sexual deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors. A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
